Our team is not competitive with one another, we truly work as a team to support not only our customers but one another as well.

The culture is very comfortable at Eargo. Everyone has a place and a space to be who they are, do their job and feel welcome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership hires great employees whom they trust and do not micromanage. They allow us the space and confidence to be autonomous and self-efficient but at the same time are available when we need them!
