What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company only cares about making sales. The customer service is so poor to that clients have to wait days for a callback if they need help. Upper management makes changes any time they want that only benefit the company and not it's employees

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A team emphasis and a realistic but assertive approach to goals. Meetings include recognition and clear communication without a lot of wasted time that you typically see in some companies.
