I started when the team was small and the interview process was thorough, intelligent but they didn't drag it out, which was great
Honesty about equity package and salary
The person who interviewed me make me wait on the phone for 90 minutes before I begged off and re-scheduled. He was an asshat and was fired two months later. Everyone is always running late for meetings. It's quite annoying.
