What did you like most about the interview process?
It was swift and clear
Multiple interviews with leaders from different departments display collaborative mindsets and help the candidate understand the importance of their role.
They made me feel relaxed and seemed to cared about what I had to say.
There was no test or anything; it was just chatting with the hiring manager and potential coworkers. It felt like a two-way interview

I started when the team was small and the interview process was thorough, intelligent but they didn't drag it out, which was great
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Honesty about equity package and salary
The person who interviewed me make me wait on the phone for 90 minutes before I begged off and re-scheduled. He was an asshat and was fired two months later. Everyone is always running late for meetings. It's quite annoying.
