Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Now that Eargo is a publicly traded company, I'd like to see annual raises, use of stock options/RSUs as an option for rewarding team members, and Benefits on par with larger companies in Silicon Valley (Healthcare, contribution to 401k)

Engineering is underpaid for the amount of work we do and what we bring to each product. I see top level talent decline job offers because of the pay disparity with other companies. Salaries should be adjusted and aligned to match job level experience.

Have a project plan and stick with it. Hold teams accountable for holding things up. Management needs to listen to the subject matter experts and get people to fall in line, too many loose cannons.
