A higher level of compensation. A better raise every year, when we know that the company is doing well enough to give raises out to CEO's and Executives, while we get 1.5% raises at best.

Better raises. This 1.5% every year is crap and they know it. Better promotional value and money for people in higher levels of management and leadership positions. More opportunities for operators who are adequately qualified to step into a management role without the concern of being laughed at.
