Extremely workplace knowledgeable and experienced. By far better safety knowledge and awareness than what is coming in with management turnover. But under utilized in Evonik hierarchy of short term management structure

caring about all workers within the company. Front line, shift workers, plant workers that worked everyday on site during pandemic without any acknowledgment from management. Only to see Evonik make the switch to even more staff/office workers getting more opportunity to work from home in the future
