Most work hard, we all get along and have fun while working

We work together and treat each other with respect , we always cover for each other and switch our shifts to allow someone to be off for childrens events or partners events. The team we have is good reliable and help each other with out dealing with our manager. She thinks of herself not the team!!!

COMMUNICATION. There is absolutely a very minimal communication in our store. I have been in management for 15+ years and withiut effective communication, things arent going to run efficiently and effectively.
