Used to be an incredible company to work for when things were rolling, but since the waves have rocked the boat, management has gotten more wrong than right. Promos are frozen by virtue of no new headcount and with 0 upward mobility, one must question the value of being here. Grateful for Camp 2021.

Culture used to be amazing but is dying a slow,painful death. The exec team did an incredible job of building one of the best cultures in the valley but has faultered since the H2 2022.

Comp is not market for the role and equity is wiped. Entirety of equity comp is going to zero for the next 2-4 years so unless you're willing to wait it out, the comp is entirely salary.

Its honestly unacceptable to fire 5% in october and then tell folks they reduced burn enough but then end up culling another 20% just 4 months later. Bill Gurley has always maintained the right philosophy when it comes to cutting is "measure twice and cut once" -> cut once, cut deeper than you have.
