I've been challenged at Gopuff in ways I can't imagine being challenged at other companies. As much work as it is, it is special being at a company that is experiencing such rapid growth and global adoption. It is great to see immediate impact on the company as an employee.

I feel like I was brought on at a time before the company hit a huge growth spurt, and I think we've been able to raise the competitive bar on more recent hires. With that I think rewarding the employees who helped hit that growth spurt would make me feel more valued
