I think the pay at goPuff is fair though I do wish a 401k package was included and that the maternity/paternity leave was much better than it is.

They encourage a collaborative and respectful working environment. I also appreciated their reaction to the BLM movement. I think it could have come sooner *but* I appreciated how they are making this a long-term goal and not a PR stunt like others.
