Wow, you really made our day. This is great to hear, and exactly what we strive to do!

The company practices what it preaches. It has a strong People (HR) department and offers a flexible modern workplace, in which people come to the office 2x a week. There is also a work from anywhere program, wellness, meal plan & more. I feel valued and my opinion is respected by other "bobbers."

Our benefits package needs more structure, the fact our benefit compensation is taxed doesn't really make sense. Stock options need to be outlined clearly with documentation.
