Since 2015, when we introduced the first mobile caller ID and spam-blocking apps, we’ve been at the forefront of voice intelligence innovation. In 2016, we partnered with Samsung and AT&T to launch Hiya Protect, the first network-based spam-blocking solution. In 2019, we introduced Hiya Connect, a branded call SaaS platform that helps businesses reach more customers by phone.

Leveraging adaptive AI and audio intelligence, it delivers smarter, safer, and more productive voice interactions across networks, apps, and devices. I like that the leadership is very transparent about both successes and failures. I also think that the long term vision of the company is both great for employees and great for the consumer.

We have a really collaborative environment and my coworkers are incredibly smart and driven. I feel like I can learn from the people I work with and also just enjoy the experience of working with them everyday

There is a good culture of transparency and responsibility. People care about doing the right thing and also aren't afraid to speak up and disagree respectfully, no matter who they are disagreeing with (another coworker, manager, executive, etc)

I really like that I am able to make an impact with the work I am doing. I get to have ownership of projects that impact millions of people on a daily basis which is a pretty cool feeling.

We try to get a more holistic view of an engineer that isn't just whether someone can solve a certain coding problem or not. Each interview is probing a different area of expertise to try to get a well-rounded picture of the candidate.
