What do you like best about the leadership team?

Approachable, personable, open to communication and creative ideas. No politics

Everyone is accessible, literally. Executives do not have offices, and people can (and do!) walk up to any of them with questions.

The leadership team is visible and approachable. They do their best to be transparent in their decision making, and seem very aware that their decisions don't just effect the business, but actual people.

The leadership team is quick to respond to questions and is great about clearly outlining and explaining issues and future plans. I have a good feel for the current health of the company and my place in it.

Always willing to try new ideas, not afraid to experiment and fail. They continuously push everybody to work on new and exciting things, promoting them to product if there's enough traction. Good communication policy and full transparency regarding company economics and future.
