Everyone is valued and respected.
As long as you get your job done, you're mostly left to set your own schedule and OKRs. You get a lot of freedom to get results.
There is a lot of optimism within Hiya. With some of the recent changes in our teams, I feel that some of the less positive influences have moved on and there is a genuinely positive outlook for the company. Also, maintaining our hybrid schedule is incredibly good for morale and productivity.
The people and the projects. Mission of the company is meaningful to me.
There is a sense of fairness and honesty which builds trust between teams that are often far apart geographically.

Review from Engineering Dept
Very customer and product centered, never losing the end goal of helping our customers.
There is a lot of camaraderie at work and across organizations. It is refreshing to be able to focus down on the important aspects and still have a bit of fun while working.
how passionate everyone is, it's great
Open, transparent and collaborative. No politics.
No drama, adult-like, no toxicity
Open work plan, hybrid environment. Accessible and open-minded.
The company makes an effort to bring us all together at least twice a year to share in the vision of the company. We have a flexible work situation where we can spend significant time working remotely, but the company also provides nice offices and incentives for us all to gather on certain days.
Open and honest communication, everyone's opinions are heard.
