It's great to work for a company whose mission is to stop spam and fraud and help people trust the phone experience again. Hiya is big enough to win large contracts with Fortune 50 companies, but small enough where each employee contributes directly to goals and gets to wear multiple hats each day.

Approachable, personable, open to communication and creative ideas. No politics

Everyone is accessible, literally. Executives do not have offices, and people can (and do!) walk up to any of them with questions.

The leadership team is visible and approachable. They do their best to be transparent in their decision making, and seem very aware that their decisions don't just effect the business, but actual people.

Leadership is very transparent, and they take employee feedback seriously.

Transparent and do a good job setting OKRs that are understandable and stretch to company.

There is a lot of optimism within Hiya. With some of the recent changes in our teams, I feel that some of the less positive influences have moved on and there is a genuinely positive outlook for the company. Also, maintaining our hybrid schedule is incredibly good for morale and productivity.
