There are a lot of good people within the company, sometimes you have to look outside your department to find them. I have been able to make really good friends with some of the workers here.

The people are the most positive thing about the culture and environment. Everyone is happy to come to work and everyone cares about each other. When I first started, almost everyone said that if I ever needed anything, they would always be there to help.

Management doesn't bug you too much as long as you get your work done. This is important and a lot of companies don't see that. This type of environment gives people the sense of trust and a good level of personal responsibility. I love it.

Bosses respecting and listening to their employees. Also, they need to put more trust in them. Employees were hired because they're smart and good at what they do, so let them take the lead on more projects instead of rejecting everything and never being satisfied.
