I am grateful that if I have a good idea for a project can be given the opportunity to test it out. This has allowed me to step outside my comfort zone and participate in some exciting things.

I have loved my time at iFIT. My department managers have been extremely flexible with scheduling and allowing those who wish to work remotely. I do miss the personal relationships built from a regular in office work environment, but management does a great job communicating.

Nice people, easy to talk to.

I have only worked at ICON for a short time but I can tell that my manager and supervisor really do care about me. They want me to succeed in my position and will do what it takes to make sure I am satisfied with what I do every day. They don't only care about my work life but my home life as well.

Bring in someone with Integrity and knowledge of where the world is right now. Someone who is good with people and sees their talants and helps to create a team atmosphere.

There are areas where there are some organization that could be improved. Other than that, everyone is great. My co-workers are wonderful. This is the first company I have worked for that I haven't met the CEO, however. I've had a plethora of jobs and have always had personable CEOs.
