If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at iFIT?

ICON’s culture is one of growth and improvement. Employee feedback is used by HR and company leaders to inform culture and employee-focused initiatives. Having a pattern of using employee feedback helps us support changing employee needs.
The way the CEO and COO make all the decisions at Icon. They will throw months of work way in one meeting with a feeling they have. Directors and employees opinions are not taken into consideration.

What skills or experiences make an ideal candidate for an iFIT position?

In general an ideal candidate would be skillful at teamwork and collaboration and able to take direction as well as self-manage independently. Experience in their respective field is always a plus.
What did iFIT do differently during the pandemic?

iFIT expanded remote work options, assisted all employees in healthy self-evaluations, and required all CDC guidelines to be strictly adopted via current policies. We empower all team members to do their best at this time.
