Onboarding was a littel rough and that seems to be improving. Benefits are just so-so. Mainly healthcare. We have some health challenges that make good healthcare insurance important.

Some coworkers always complain about their boss. Some are frustated and over worked or may be don't know their role in the team or may be being more technical everything gets dumped on them. Not a good environment to work in.

My role is not properly defined. Decisions that need to be made take 3-5 meetings and the goal is never accurately defined. I can't stress enough how frustrating this has become. There is a bottleneck at the top of the organization.
