Some coworkers always complain about their boss. Some are frustated and over worked or may be don't know their role in the team or may be being more technical everything gets dumped on them. Not a good environment to work in.

Engineers need to respect colleagues and opinions from other departments more, managers need to hold their team members accountable so everybody is not just comfortable being average and doing the bare minimum. No wonder all the good and talented people are leaving.

My coworkers do not change. They do not put the customer first, but only focus on how everything is going to effect/impact them.
