What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Commit to giving all employees annual wage increases that at least match cost-of-living increases. Between reduced/more expensive benefits and low annual "merit" increases, many employees effectively take a pay cut to stay here every year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions don't generate a commensurate raise in pay even though the job expectations are much greater. Raises that are below the inflation rate are insulting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What we do matters. We are all customers of healthcare. The team at Imprivata works together to make sure our customers are successful, which means doctors and nurses spend less time wrestling with tech and more time providing care. That's a great mission, and it shows in the effort I see daily.
