I love that I can travel the world and experience so many different things at each hospital. I'm able to learn something new every time I fly to a new location. The IE's that I work with are so great about teaching me while still respecting what I know. Most of them treat me as if I am their equal.

The events whether it's a ping-pong or golf tournament or social gatherings

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 20 days ago

being able to work from home. i would not work here if that weren't an option

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 20 days ago

Always looking to innovate. Yeah.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 20 days ago

Teams work together and own the outcome of that work.

Review from Product Dept · Posted 20 days ago

It feels flexible and that we are treated as professionals - not micromanaged. Overall positive culture and Fran is present and approachable

The People I work with

Review from Sales Dept

Willing to get together to socialize. We eat lunch together on Wednesdays.

Review from Operations Dept

Focused on the right things - customers, innovation on new things, execution on existing commitments

Review from Executive Dept

Hybrid policy, work/life balance, generous FTO, and company events

Review from HR Dept

Most employees are here because of some personal tie to Healthcare, our largest business segment, and this helps to impart some perception of shared ownership.

Review from Operations Dept

We perform important work in a really Innovative environment.

Review from IT Dept

Seems to be inclusive and kind

Review from Customer Support Dept

There are numerous events highlighting different cultures.

Review from IT Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership needs to acknowledge those under them.

Review from Operations Dept

Less shaming and passive aggressiveness from management.

Review from Sales Dept

As we've grown and acquired other companies the culture has worsened substantially. Far fewer events, gatherings, celebrations. Bring these back please.

Review from Engineering Dept

To be able to play to their employee's strengths and listen to them. Most of the time I feel ignored. There's a disconnect from top leadership and the regular employees.

Review from Operations Dept

My role is not properly defined. Decisions that need to be made take 3-5 meetings and the goal is never accurately defined. I can't stress enough how frustrating this has become. There is a bottleneck at the top of the organization.

Review from HR Dept

I do not feel safe answering

Review from Engineering Dept

there is too great a divide between (and celebration of) the Senior Leadership Team and the engineering leaders that drive most of the real progress

Review from Engineering Dept

There is a bit of a 'lead-by-bullying' culture happening, where folks in positions of power have pet projects that they push through by being forceful and rude. These projects also arrive with no care or acceptance for all the work currently happening, or acknowledgement that that work matters.
