My role is not properly defined. Decisions that need to be made take 3-5 meetings and the goal is never accurately defined. I can't stress enough how frustrating this has become. There is a bottleneck at the top of the organization.

There is a bit of a 'lead-by-bullying' culture happening, where folks in positions of power have pet projects that they push through by being forceful and rude. These projects also arrive with no care or acceptance for all the work currently happening, or acknowledgement that that work matters.
