Onboarding was a littel rough and that seems to be improving. Benefits are just so-so. Mainly healthcare. We have some health challenges that make good healthcare insurance important.

The company over the last two years has been great. lots of learning opportunities and good people to work with. The medical and Dental benefits leave a LOT to be desired. Too high a out of pocket maximum and not enough coverage on dental. That said I do love working here!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The spirit of collaboration and sharing of ideas is great. Everyone for the most part is willing to jump in and assist or provide ideas, even if it isnt a strong skill they know well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Easy to track my comp. Decent rates. But comp on MS is weak. There is a lot that goes into MS from a presales and post sales aspect and getting better paid on them would incent us even more to sell them.
