Match internal employees to pay scale of external hires for same or lower skillset. Clear promotion paths. Allow remote work for new positions posted so we arent limiting our candidate pool. Leadership needs to hear directly from customer facing teams before making top down decisions.

Crude comments have been made during live meetings by leadership staff. The company does not seem to care about fair compensation of employees. Employees do not have a personal say in matters and feel as if we are being overlooked constantly.
