The bar is set high and that makes me want to work harder each day to help achieve our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to take time off work - my team always shows up when anyone has PTO and helps cover.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are always willing to take time out of their day to help out. I truly feel like I am walking out of every call with my colleagues learning something new.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe our salary is strong and comparable to the market. However, our bonus package needs to be revisited, and it would be great to have an opportunity to earn more shares or an end of year bonus/401k bonus based on overall company performance.
