Where to start... Know it all micro-mgmt CEO surrounds himself with "yes men/women" that gets rid of anyone that challenges him. He's steers a 3B valuated company but has the time to sit on every sales forecast, training session and QBR. He's single handedly driven +50% of all field sales away.

I have been held back and demoted when my managers say that it's not a demotion and there is no improvements I can make and say it's because of the company's structure - there are no "team leads" in imprivata. I'm going backwards in my career.

Management. Career opportunities. Actually reward people for their work. For some reason, it's extremely hard to fire managers but extremely easy to fire regular employees.

Really tired of working to enrich the morally corrupt. Really tired of being promised sunshine and rainbows and not seeing it delivered. Imprivata bought us out years ago, still waiting for things to be what was promised.

Better culture. Calm boss. Not someone who cannot control his emotions when things are not going right. Someone who is not publicly rude in meetings and insults when other people don't get a point. Would like to have a manager in presence of whom i can talk my mind instead of walking on egg shells.
