Give recognition were it is due. Do not take other people's ideas as yourself's. More communication and more awareness of their teams and what they are doing.

Where to start... Know it all micro-mgmt CEO surrounds himself with "yes men/women" that gets rid of anyone that challenges him. He's steers a 3B valuated company but has the time to sit on every sales forecast, training session and QBR. He's single handedly driven +50% of all field sales away.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think they do a great job with new hires, hiring at market value, but I think long time employees can at times be relatively underpaid.

Outside of standard perks, all bonus and recognition, including decent yearly salary increases have essentially been stopped and they don't appear to be economy driven.

Promotions/seniority are linked to how long a person has worked for the company and not necessarily on performance and growth of the individual.

I have been held back and demoted when my managers say that it's not a demotion and there is no improvements I can make and say it's because of the company's structure - there are no "team leads" in imprivata. I'm going backwards in my career.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers always complain about their boss. Some are frustated and over worked or may be don't know their role in the team or may be being more technical everything gets dumped on them. Not a good environment to work in.

As we've grown and acquired other companies the culture has worsened substantially. Far fewer events, gatherings, celebrations. Bring these back please.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management. Career opportunities. Actually reward people for their work. For some reason, it's extremely hard to fire managers but extremely easy to fire regular employees.

Really tired of working to enrich the morally corrupt. Really tired of being promised sunshine and rainbows and not seeing it delivered. Imprivata bought us out years ago, still waiting for things to be what was promised.

Better culture. Calm boss. Not someone who cannot control his emotions when things are not going right. Someone who is not publicly rude in meetings and insults when other people don't get a point. Would like to have a manager in presence of whom i can talk my mind instead of walking on egg shells.

Executives should listen to more to employees, and not just "dictate" what they think is best for them. Especially in relation to use of software tools, return to office policy, need for better laptops/computers etc.
