What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Commit to giving all employees annual wage increases that at least match cost-of-living increases. Between reduced/more expensive benefits and low annual "merit" increases, many employees effectively take a pay cut to stay here every year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions don't generate a commensurate raise in pay even though the job expectations are much greater. Raises that are below the inflation rate are insulting.

A few recent postings and discussions makes me feel like they are willing to pay new employees more than existing ones and once you're in, they give minimal raises regardless of inflation or market.

I've been assigned work and expected to deliver the same as a person with higher compensation in my team. I have had responsibilities of a higher rank with the compensation of a lower lever. Don't find it fair and waited too long for the raise.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are almost always kind and willing to help. Even though management is trying to address the issue, we still have a problem with silos - one team only focuses on their own issues and doesn't prioritize work from other teams.

As we've grown and acquired other companies the culture has worsened substantially. Far fewer events, gatherings, celebrations. Bring these back please.

Really tired of working to enrich the morally corrupt. Really tired of being promised sunshine and rainbows and not seeing it delivered. Imprivata bought us out years ago, still waiting for things to be what was promised.

Better culture. Calm boss. Not someone who cannot control his emotions when things are not going right. Someone who is not publicly rude in meetings and insults when other people don't get a point. Would like to have a manager in presence of whom i can talk my mind instead of walking on egg shells.
