My general approach is that work is work and I try to separate it from my private life. Still, I have good friends and work, we help each other to achieve our goals and I like chatting with them on both private and work related topics. I do not feel appreciated enough for all i do for my company.

Although the scores on surveys show that the majority of people at the company are happy, there is a large subset that is not. Eteam should look at how to improve. An entire division of the company has major issues. Don't just take the work of high level positions, they dont interact w/customers.

The raise I got this year was much lower than I expected - not even keeping up with inflation. I've worked for the company for a few years and haven't made much headway in pay. I make less money than my younger brother who just graduated college and has an entry level position in the same field.

Too many hours of work being put in for a product that does not deliver what sales pitched to customers. Teams too small with too much work. Although we have support of manager, it does not seem like E-team sees our work or stress. Absolutely no work life balance.

I do believe there is some lack of accountability when it comes to competency and expectations of people in their roles. Under-performers are allowed to under-perform consistently. It is demotivating.
