What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Although the scores on surveys show that the majority of people at the company are happy, there is a large subset that is not. Eteam should look at how to improve. An entire division of the company has major issues. Don't just take the work of high level positions, they dont interact w/customers.

The compensation package is what I would expect.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a lot more work than what is in the scope of my role.

The raise I got this year was much lower than I expected - not even keeping up with inflation. I've worked for the company for a few years and haven't made much headway in pay. I make less money than my younger brother who just graduated college and has an entry level position in the same field.

Pay employees fairly for the work that they do.

Too many hours of work being put in for a product that does not deliver what sales pitched to customers. Teams too small with too much work. Although we have support of manager, it does not seem like E-team sees our work or stress. Absolutely no work life balance.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I do believe there is some lack of accountability when it comes to competency and expectations of people in their roles. Under-performers are allowed to under-perform consistently. It is demotivating.

Our culture is very relaxed and cooperative. It is not highly competitive or stressful.

I love that I can travel the world and experience so many different things at each hospital. I'm able to learn something new every time I fly to a new location. The IE's that I work with are so great about teaching me while still respecting what I know. Most of them treat me as if I am their equal.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not sure if anything can be done. For me work is just work and i must do it to have money for family and my expensive hobbies. Nevertheless, friendly environment makes me go out from my bed and work without being grumpy ;)

E-team, listen to the customers, listen to those that interact with customers, figure out how to improve instead of making false promises.
