I like solving problems, and I am really enjoying working with AI.

Our culture is very relaxed and cooperative. It is not highly competitive or stressful.

I like that everyone has a relaxed attitude. The atmosphere is cooperative, and not competitive.

I like how people are able to nominate each other for recognition. There is a bottom-up system allowing anyone to notice the achievements of their peers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that the atmosphere is less competitive, and more cooperative and supportive. People celebrate one another's achievements organically. There is very little artificial celebration of status-quo. People do extra-ordinary things when given the proper environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Imprivata is dedicated to improvement, not only of our company, but the community at large. They're a big-picture partner and solution for some important complexities of the modern world. But they're also a local partner that contributes to the health of communities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that the payroll is seamless. I don't feel the need to constantly jump through hoops. I don't have to continually prove I'm paying for internet/phone, etc.; and it makes sense because without paying for those services, I wouldn't be able to work at all.
