Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I havent recieved a significant raise in years. With the curre t exchange rate, I am making 30% less than two years ago

I feel I have been undervalued for a long time, the previous executive team did not realized how valuable an employee I am and that was transferred to the new executive team. After a few months of working really hard to make a successful transition I believe I deserve a better compensation

less abrupt way of talking to one another when we were in the office. I do think some co workers act as if they are entitled instead of being helpful with a project or problem

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My role is not properly defined. Decisions that need to be made take 3-5 meetings and the goal is never accurately defined. I can't stress enough how frustrating this has become. There is a bottleneck at the top of the organization.
