There is a lack of effective collaboration and leadership at the marketing executive level, resulting in major challenges and roadblocks for the department, preventing needed growth. There have been 3+ marketing re-orgs since 2023, with minimal support from leadership to ensure these are successful

Better culture. Calm boss. Not someone who cannot control his emotions when things are not going right. Someone who is not publicly rude in meetings and insults when other people don't get a point. Would like to have a manager in presence of whom i can talk my mind instead of walking on egg shells.

Executives should listen to more to employees, and not just "dictate" what they think is best for them. Especially in relation to use of software tools, return to office policy, need for better laptops/computers etc.

Securelink people have been left in the dark with the merge. Our opinions and ideas have been ignored and we are treated like we don't know anything and slotted at the bottom of our new departments. There isn't much autonomy from leadership

Imprivata is taking a bad product and trying to repackage it with a new name. My customers are not happy about this, and it makes us look silly trying to push this rebranding without significant change.
