The customers do not feel appreciated by the company and half of them have voiced their apologies that I have to deal with it all. The prices too high, the staffing isn't conductive, the management has more issue than can be listed in 300 letters. I regret applying.

My coworkers do not see training me as their responsibility, as I haven't been trained I wouldn't know who's it is. Either way, both management and coworkers treat my training as a burden and chore, and give me attitude when they have to show me anything. Not a positive work environment

The only positive thing I look forward to at my work place is the select few coworkers that have shown me what they can and tried their best to help me. But when there only 4 people in the workplace who do and aren't working with me often, I am still at a loss

My interview was a brief sit down with the manager who had no idea I was scheduled for an interview and was unprepared. He didn't know what questions to ask and eventually hired me for my looks and had me come in to start the next day, but neglected to have me put in the system or process my hiring.
