I think the most positive aspect of this job is that the store servers a small community where people know each other and see each other alk the time so there is a real relationship employes and customers
Relationship between coworkers (not management)
Some of the employees are so great. They are positive to be around and lift everyone up who they come in contact with. There was one manager who was nice to me. Otherwise, I had managers who yelled at me because I worked my schedule and had overtime, or rolled their eyes every time I spoke to them.
Everyone pulls their weight when it comes to daily task
Nothing. I am in a constant anxious state at my work.
Pay increases would make it less torterous
Management needs to be more involved with all departments and actually listen to what's going on in the store.
They need an HR representative at every store

If they pay was better I know alot of people would be more willing to deal with the flaws of the company and stay with this place longer then most do
The bookkeeper that has seniority in the office. Because of our age she treats us like we are stupid. They let her pick her coworkers and it will never be us.
