The work very well together
They listen and truly care about people.
not everyone is honest especially about this pay thing
They're pretty in touch with the situation, most of the time at least.
Hard working and easy to work with
Listening to people's days off needed.
communication, consistency, follow food safety rules, nepotism,
Understanding that i'm a human and i have a life
Accomidations and quality of life in the workspace
Being better about their communication
Sick time rolls over yearly
It works pretty good so far
The excellent dental plan. Thank you
It's provides me with accurate benefits that I need
Is getting it packaged to the customer and making the customer happy.
I work very hard and take my job seriously. When I am at the Imarket I treat it as if I own it. While my coworkers seem to appreciate the quality of my work the main store manager acts like he could care less.
Because I'm the only one working 1-9 every single weekend
to be paid equal pay
Lots of work for little return especially compared to every other store and the annual income of ingles can afford to pay higher, they just wont.
If i had help to complete tasks
We all work hard towards a common goal of making customers feel like they're the most important aspect of our job and we all work together exceptionally well
We work together and care for one another.
we work together not against each other
The people and workers are great! Its the management that makes the employees suffer!
They're usually pretty easy to talk to. Sometimes, they're hard to work with, but that's just a fact of life.
Not talking about people behind each other's backs
99% of what co-workers talk about, is how bad management is. They are complaining about their department, something the managers did to them or how terribly they are treated. I was bullied and threatened, but management just laughed off the behavior because they liked those employees.
They all talk horribly about eachother secretly
start having more patience, understanding and compassionate.

They need to be more customer friendly
Review from Customer Support Dept
We all get along great and all the managers except for the main manager are good people to work with
Not much other than the workers and customers
environment is very clean and culture is broad
Creating a pleasant and supportive environment for the customers
Review from Sales Dept
Employees and supervisors are all extremely helpful and kind.
Stop playing favorites. Everyone needs to be treated the same. Start caring about the employees and stop treating them less than.
Coworkers need to be on time and help with each other instead of complaining
Being respectful, nice, friendly, and willing to help
Pay increases would make it less torterous
Store Manager needs not to micro manage and needs to be more customer friendly.

The ease of communication between me and the co manager felt as though we were old friends
Never had an interview. Just filled out paperwork and got a call telling me a day to start.
Its really easy not even a drug test
I literally just walked up and asked about a job, and I got set up with an interview that day.
The way Doug spoke to me made me feel like I belonged with the company
Better inquiry of questions on transportation ability and work ethics .
It was fine for everyone
My interview was a brief sit down with the manager who had no idea I was scheduled for an interview and was unprepared. He didn't know what questions to ask and eventually hired me for my looks and had me come in to start the next day, but neglected to have me put in the system or process my hiring.
Me standing there telling all the new hires to run away while they still can
Get human resource professionals involved
Everything about my work is enjoyable
Coworkers who become friends are the only way to make it through the day.
The customers love when I'm there and I make sure they have the best time and day that's my number one priority
Taking care of the customers and being surrounded by happy employees
Making customers happy with our products and service

Deli food is dry and old, not cooked properly
Management and Ingles HR are ineffective and lazy. The whole company needs to be evaluated when it pertains to their corporate structure.
Better communication, organization Cleanliness quality of service. Changes without informing employees
Review from Marketing Dept
Predictable, consistent scheduling, add 2 15 min short breaks to an 8 hr shift in addition to only 1 30 min lunch break, have more than a 3 day training period for new cashiers
Again, I don't think you really care James. You average a D rating down the board and nothing changes. Employees want to be recognized and acknowledged for their work. They don't want to be broken down and made to feel worthless, especially when making less than a livable wage.
flexibility with hours and the co workers
I like that it is well established with a great reputation
Everyone is nice and not jelous
Give raises for every year you've been there and paid weekly
I think everything runs smoothly
