What do you like best about the leadership team?

not everyone is honest especially about this pay thing

They're pretty in touch with the situation, most of the time at least.

Hard working and easy to work with

They get along great with one another and are right there when we need them

They aren't afraid to let me help in any way possible

They provide me with helpful ways of doing my job

Is we get the work done and help each other as a team.

Is that that help answer your question and when something goes wrong with a customer they try and fix it.

My department manager is the best ever. Is always considerate about everyones needs and availability. The co-managers are overall helpful and pretty good about how they treat everyone

The staff are consistently understanding and exceptional at their job. I truly appreciate everything about the store.

I enjoy working as a team

The store manager, our assistant managers, are all great but my Deli manager is a hard worker, honest, and a fair manager along with our Deli assistant.

Hard working, and considerate to employees

The managers are always on it and keeping busy, and always putting the customer first.

They are all very kind and understanding and accommodating to your needs

Decrease nepotism, offer stable schedules

Do you really care or want answers? If so, make some positive changes that require upper management to praise hard work, instead of breaking down the people who make you rich everyday. And stop hiring ex drug addicts or people just out of prison as a way to not have to pay full salaries.

Teamwork, working with time constraints of part time employees, especially those in college that have to juggle school and work life balance.

They need to get better at communication with their workers instead of not scheduling or firing them fir sny tiny inconvinience.

Hiring store managers, and following up on employee complaints.

If they were paid by the email, they would be millionaires.

I have never worked directly with any of the leadership above store manager. As far as I know they are running a great organization. However my store manager at #305 cussed at me for asking if I could let 2 of my crew members go home after being at work for almost 13 hours. I hope for accountability

everything that the job requires

Consistency, not showing favorites, proper staffing

They need to lead instead of "liking or disliking" someone based on personal reasons. It should be about business. Not personal relationships.
