They're pretty in touch with the situation, most of the time at least.

My department manager is the best ever. Is always considerate about everyones needs and availability. The co-managers are overall helpful and pretty good about how they treat everyone

Do you really care or want answers? If so, make some positive changes that require upper management to praise hard work, instead of breaking down the people who make you rich everyday. And stop hiring ex drug addicts or people just out of prison as a way to not have to pay full salaries.
Teamwork, working with time constraints of part time employees, especially those in college that have to juggle school and work life balance.
They need to get better at communication with their workers instead of not scheduling or firing them fir sny tiny inconvinience.

I have never worked directly with any of the leadership above store manager. As far as I know they are running a great organization. However my store manager at #305 cussed at me for asking if I could let 2 of my crew members go home after being at work for almost 13 hours. I hope for accountability
