The leadership team is so distant from the daily activities that their decisions have ill consequences more often than not.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are constantly forced to cut any overtime. If more than forty hours are work, the employees should be paid for that time.

Most of the teams in the company are sectioned to the point that as an employee it is impossible to not be a close knit group.

If one is not happy or satisfied, that is allowed. It is never to the point that if you are not happy or in a bad mood they want you to leave.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to focus on quality of employees while offering better advancement options but that can't afford it is I do not see that in the future of the company, instead bankruptcy.

Better communication, organization Cleanliness quality of service. Changes without informing employees
