Overall fine, but there is a lot of unneccescary high school like drama even with the older more seasoned employees. It is a nice store but they are not very successful as the store is out dated and the employees they can afford to hire are just subpar.

Friendly and reliable , easy to work with and understanding

Yes the pay is poor at best and no room for growth

Appreciate the work put in my employees whom are being under paid.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews are never get this one was just typical questions, nothing special.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor pay and non benefits, new management is non-personal and while qualified is rude.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to focus on quality of employees while offering better advancement options but that can't afford it is I do not see that in the future of the company, instead bankruptcy.
