What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Addressing issues immediately and not wait for it to get out hand. Train managers to be more steadfast and respectful to employees. Stop favoritism.

Yes! Little respect and acknowledgement would be good. Also, equality for all. Mgt shouldn’t feel they can talk to employees however they want

The pay is fairly low. Most pay starts at minimum wage and with other competitors pay starting at $11/hr. the pay is comparatively inadequate.
