In the beginning I was so excited to rush to work. But the unfair treatment, caused me to dread going in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with my coworkers, when the assist manager isn't there.

The manager made me feel like he was glad to welcome me aboard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my team workers are my age, and we communicate with each other very well, I think.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management needs to step up and see the bullying, discrimination, abusive of authority and address it. I believe this will improve the culture.
