Co-workers on the team who have their screen on during our meetings. So many don't put screens on, even when we're on calls/meetings with clients. There are a couple on the team who collaborate well to provide a top product to client.

The team as individuals are nice, but there's no team building activities apart from maybe one holiday party, which is treated more of a check-in than anything else.

I love my team, I just struggle with communicating with other teams. The client service teams basically know that they can get away with treating everyone else like trash, so they do.

I like my team. They never hold an unnecessary meeting while my previous companies do everyday. I thik our teamwork is benefited by Work from Home because we can have meetings more effectively.
