The main point of contact throughout the process was identified early on, and was extremely communicative. For example, the person replied to my email questions without any delay and was very transparent about what was happening throughout the interview period. There was no waiting or being ignored.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be transparent about how long it takes to return with an answer. Be transparent about the low pay upfront instead of waiting until the very end
