What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop focusing on internal profit. All business units should work together instead of competing with each other.

They need to improve on retention and communication.

Listening. And treating lower-level employees like human beings.

Communication, listening to employees, not onl show off but realyl follow their standards they communicate

Actually care about their people.

Ensuring integrity across all service lines, especially in regards to how leadership nurtures managers who struggle with their own leadership skills. Recognize that leadership is about service to others first and foremost.

Change to a transitional and situational leadership style of leadership

Training managers in management and creating a culture of people leadership, with empathy and support mixed in with company goals.
