What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fairly management with no discrimination between operation team and any service line
Instead of just talking about it, actually act as though people are the most important part of the company. More collaboration and breaking down silos. Greater ownership and accountability. Too many, especially seniors, think they know it all and don't need to learn anymore. Arrogance and ego!
