What makes you most happy at work?Nothing but i need the money for my kids
What makes you most happy at work?interacting with my colleagues and the sense of accomplishment I get from doing my job.
What are some of the best things about your team? The common hatred for management
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop focusing on internal profit. All business units should work together instead of competing with each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Fairly management with no discrimination between operation team and any service line
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Instead of just talking about it, actually act as though people are the most important part of the company. More collaboration and breaking down silos. Greater ownership and accountability. Too many, especially seniors, think they know it all and don't need to learn anymore. Arrogance and ego!
