My immediate supervisor is great but I've never met the person. I work autonomously with other project managers.
They are very supportive and give you the best tools and opportunities to exhibit your skills and help you grow further.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The common hatred for management
all are extremely hard working and value each others input
Co-workers on the team who have their screen on during our meetings. So many don't put screens on, even when we're on calls/meetings with clients. There are a couple on the team who collaborate well to provide a top product to client.
Family friendly, hardworker, closely, good
The team as individuals are nice, but there's no team building activities apart from maybe one holiday party, which is treated more of a check-in than anything else.

Learning about the company. The ability to work in the city was positive. Negative - no one told me, my team was elsewhere.
