My immediate supervisor is great but I've never met the person. I work autonomously with other project managers.
They are very supportive and give you the best tools and opportunities to exhibit your skills and help you grow further.
They give you feedback, they support the teams all over the world
Best team ever and greta energy
Stop focusing on internal profit. All business units should work together instead of competing with each other.
They need to improve on retention and communication.
Listening. And treating lower-level employees like human beings.
Communication, listening to employees, not onl show off but realyl follow their standards they communicate
Get stronger support team to support core function of research
generous vacation and holiday for all even brand new employees
we are paid on regular time
Slightly above market pay rate for mid- senior level manager.
Base pay and well paid
The amount of PTO things like that
I have a PhD but I am never promoted to senior researcher. Cannot even match my salary as a postdoctoral researcher at a public institution.
Not paid enough to do the tasks no one wants to, with a constant expectation to be stretching to exceed expectations
I want more allot benefits
Review from Sales Dept
15 years no increase of salary is very poor
Getting a raise, having to pay less for my benefits
The common hatred for management
all are extremely hard working and value each others input
Co-workers on the team who have their screen on during our meetings. So many don't put screens on, even when we're on calls/meetings with clients. There are a couple on the team who collaborate well to provide a top product to client.
Family friendly, hardworker, closely, good
The team as individuals are nice, but there's no team building activities apart from maybe one holiday party, which is treated more of a check-in than anything else.
most of the people are afraid to say what they are really thinking
good teamwork between all associates
Best corporate culture with amazing space
The kindness of the other employees
People are ready to listen to each other's opinions
all the team is helpful, who want to learn more
Fairly management with no discrimination between operation team and any service line
Instead of just talking about it, actually act as though people are the most important part of the company. More collaboration and breaking down silos. Greater ownership and accountability. Too many, especially seniors, think they know it all and don't need to learn anymore. Arrogance and ego!
Employee Treatment Leadership style Salary increase Transparency Respect employees
Learning about the company. The ability to work in the city was positive. Negative - no one told me, my team was elsewhere.
The explanation about company culture and working environment
Interview was super easy. Clearly they just want someone who can work a computer.
They ask some good questions.
They were honest about their expectations
Be transparent about how long it takes to return with an answer. Be transparent about the low pay upfront instead of waiting until the very end
Be more mindful, engaging, professional empathetic and consider experience level
Nothing but i need the money for my kids
interacting with my colleagues and the sense of accomplishment I get from doing my job.
Interacting with client/co-workers to provide the best for client. Feeling like Ipsos cares about employees, which is rare.
No at all but happy with my team, not for management
Co-workers make me the most happy.
Review from Marketing Dept
