Work & clients - no problem. Some teams are split up all over the country; some co-workers don't respect the time zone differences. Not much team building which helps build collaboration to provide better product to client.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor is great but I've never met the person. I work autonomously with other project managers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with client/co-workers to provide the best for client. Feeling like Ipsos cares about employees, which is rare.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Learning about the company. The ability to work in the city was positive. Negative - no one told me, my team was elsewhere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co-workers on the team who have their screen on during our meetings. So many don't put screens on, even when we're on calls/meetings with clients. There are a couple on the team who collaborate well to provide a top product to client.
