Started out as an awesome organization that valued and invested in top performers but that all changed when the new president of Professional & Industrial took over. She surrounded herself with liars and built the house of cards which is falling fast.

Because cut every area of comp including variable through constant changing commission and bonus plans. They do not leave any in place long enough to gain momentum.

There has been at least five restructures at Kelly in the last year and a half and they don't seem to know who they are or who they want to be. Major identity crisis!

They are all just a bunch of friends that have worked together for many years and are not qualified for their senior leadership roles and their insecurities drive dishonesty and a culture of false illusions. It's all about who you know and are friends with rather than how good you are at your job.
