Leadership needs to get better at supporting their employees. My direct manager was great, anyone above him took weeks to respond to a simple email which is in everyone's BASIC FUNCTIONS and REQUIRED TASKS EACH DAY! Absolutely the most unprofessional leadership I've ever seen.

It would make me feel better if I was actually compensated. Sure when I'm able to work and the equipment is doing fine everythings great, the moment it isn't, you're basically out of a job. There are many states that prevent that with being scheduled for the day, and this company breaks those laws.

High workload due to understaffing, frequent system errors and outages, high turnover, over-reliance on customer surveys (i.e. being penalized when a customer is upset at the company), having to clock out to use the restroom outside of scheduled breaks.
